Mandy El-Sayegh

Mandy El-Sayegh is an artist based in London, whose practice is rooted in assemblage. Her works are executed in a wide range of media, including densely layered paintings, sculpture, and installation, as well as performance, sound, and video. Components such as newsprint, advertisements, aerial maps, anatomy books, and her father's calligraphy are combined with hand-painted elements and non-traditional materials such as latex, allowing her to move between material, corporeal, and linguistic frameworks.

El-Sayegh has exhibited at Art Basel Parcours (2024); Los Angeles County Museum of Art (2023); Overbeck-Gesellschaft Kunstverein Lübeck (2023); UTA Artist Space (Los Angeles, 2022); Busan Biennale (2020); Sursock Museum (Beirut, 2019); SculptureCenter (New York, 2019); and Chisenhale Gallery (London, 2019), among other institutions.

In 2025, she will unveil a mural commissioned by The Showroom, London, and present a solo show at the Depot of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen.
